Allamanni Developments is a Brisbane-based property development company specialising in commercial, medical, and industrial projects across South-East Queensland. Despite being a relatively new company, they maintain are growing a strong presence in the region through a variety of specialised developments.
Following an approach from Allamanni Developments, I led the redesign of their website to create a digital presence that aligns with their expanding portfolio of commercial and medical projects.

Digital Design
Allamanni’s original website functioned as a single-page digital brochure, which lacked the depth and professional polish expected in the property development industry. To better compete with established developers, they required a more sophisticated platform that could effectively showcase their completed and upcoming developments.
The new architecture moves away from a single-page layout in favour of a structured, multi-page hierarchy designed for intuitive navigation. By categorising content into dedicated sections for the team, services, and individual project deep-dives, the site provides a scalable framework that can grow alongside Allamanni’s expanding portfolio.
Moving away from the original brochure format, the redesigned layouts adopt a modular corporate aesthetic that introduces a high-contrast visual hierarchy. By replacing dense text blocks with a balanced, section-based layout and utilising intentional white space, the design ensures that key project imagery and corporate messaging receive the prominence required to establish immediate professional credibility. This shift introduces dedicated functional zones, including dynamic project filters, clear calls to action, and structured team profiles, transforming the website from a static information page into an active business tool.

For Allamanni Developments, the objective was to build upon a strong existing visual foundation. I integrated their established logo and professional teal colour palette into a cohesive digital design system, ensuring brand continuity across the new platform. I selected Clash Grotesk as a high-impact heading typeface, paired with Fira Sans for body copy to ensure superior legibility.
The finished design for Allamanni Developments employs a modular system of reusable blocks to create a consistent and scalable digital presence. This section-based approach allows the site’s content to take centre stage, ensuring that key project details and corporate messaging are presented without distraction. Within the portfolio, the layouts are organised into an intuitive hierarchy that highlights technical specifications, site plans, and imagery in
a clear, professional format.
